Overview
The Phoroptor VRx is designed and hand-assembled in Buffalo, New York. Its refractor head is the thinnest and most compact in the category, with premium motors and a metal housing that deliver fast, quiet lens exchanges. Refinement can run classic Jackson Cross Cylinder or Reichert's Smart Cylinder method, which brackets cylinder power and axis automatically from the patient's prescription. The 10.4 inch touch-screen controller keeps a physical control knob whose feel matches the traditional Ultramatic dials, so experienced refractionists stay fast from day one.
