Overview
The HDR-9000 is Huvitz's digital refractor. Envi presents and supplies it through the Envi X Huvitz partnership rather than manufacturing it, so the instrument is a Huvitz product with Huvitz engineering behind it while the lane package, quote, and delivery come through Envi alongside their chairs, stands and slit lamps. For a practice already standardizing a lane on Envi furniture, that is the practical appeal: one conversation covers the room. Digital refraction changes the exam more than most lane purchases do, so the questions worth asking are about data flow into your EMR and how your technicians adapt, not about the head itself.

Envi publishes the HDR-9000 on its own site as part of the Envi X Huvitz partnership. Huvitz manufactures it. Blue River Medical quotes it the way Envi presents it, so warranty and service questions on the instrument itself go to Huvitz through Envi rather than being answered as though it were an Envi-built product.
