Retinal photography documents what the exam found and catches what it missed. The iCare confocal line we carry produces TrueColor images through pupils as small as 2.5 mm without dilation, from fully automated screening cameras to research-grade angiography platforms.
How the options differ
DRSplus is the screening workhorse: fully automated alignment, focus and capture designed for minimal training, built for diabetic retinopathy programs and routine documentation. The EIDON family steps up to 90 degree single-capture imaging with model choices that add autofluorescence (EIDON AF) and fluorescein angiography with video (EIDON FA). COMPASS and MAIA pair imaging with function, and the Optovue iFusion 80 combines a 12 MP camera with OCT in one console. Screening volume, diagnostic depth, and instrument consolidation each point at a different device.
